When does Return apply?

The merchandise return service is designed to protect your investment in the following situations:

    Factory defects or damage

    When we talk about factory defects or damage to a product, we refer to the lack or absence of its natural characteristics, generally caused by mechanical failure, human error or raw material anomalies; resulting in a defect, fragility or deficiency of the product.

  2. 2

    Merchandise different from what was ordered

    This situation occurs when the purchased merchandise is physically and completely different from what was received. This can be due to an inventory error or omission of dispatch controls by the supplier.

  3. 3

    Merchandise does not meet customer needs

    This situation is due to the customer's personal dissatisfaction regarding product quality or the customer's perception and expectation of the product.

How to request it?

To request the return, you must deliver the package to any of our branches and request the Return Label from your supplier to make the shipment.

Applies to packages transported by Airbox, either by direct customer purchase or purchases made with our Corporate Credit Card. To request a return for purchases made with your credit card, you must deliver the package to any of our branches and request the Return Label from the supplier with the Dropoff option to print the label and make the shipment.

Airbox is not responsible for the full or partial refund of the merchandise cost.

Service Restrictions

The following will not be accepted:

  • Maximum Weight

    Packages over 5 pounds (Return of packages over 5 pounds will be assumed by the customer and quoted at a special rate)

  • Time Limit

    Packages with more than 48 BUSINESS hours after being picked up from the branch (If you cannot go to a branch or if your item requires installation or testing, you must notify via call center or whatsapp after the test.)

  • Restricted Products

    Products requiring Special Procedures to enter the US (Food, Medicine, Supplements, Cosmetics or similar). Products not transported by courier companies (Precious jewels, Gold or Silver, etc.)

  • Supported Destinations

    Free Return service only to the United States. No shipments to China or other destinations.

Logistics Information

  • The Returns service is handled through a consolidated shipment, which is sent once a week.
  • Once the cargo arrives in Miami, the warehouse can dispatch your return to the corresponding carrier within 7 to 12 days.
  • Free shipping from Panama to our warehouse in Miami.
  • Shipping charges from Miami to the supplier are subject to the seller's discretion.
  • Return of a package outside the consolidation must be assumed by the customer and will be quoted at a special rate.

US Import Taxes

Due to new US tariff regulations, all merchandise destined for this country must go through the nationalization process. This will have a fixed fee of $19.00 plus the import tax calculated upon receipt of the cargo.
